Communication

1. We will listen to your needs, so as to understand your problems and the ways that we may be able to help.
2. We will communicate with you in plain English, so that you understand what is happening;
3. We will keep you informed  of all progress in your transaction, and will consult you in relation to all important decisions;

Timing

1. We recognise that timing is important in many aspects of the work we do. Sometimes those timescales are dictated by others, sometimes by our clients.
2. We will ensure that we understand your timescales and that you that you understand the potential problems of achieving these; we will manage the work in order to ensure that it is pursued swiftly.

Costs

1. We will explain to you clearly the basis upon which we will charge. This will often be according to the time spent, but fixed fees may available for some types of work.
2. We will discuss with you any other possible sources of funding, to see whether this might be available.
3. We will provide regular information about the costs incurred an the basis upon which these have been calculated.
