Formed in 2003 Hughes Enterprise Law Practice provides commercial law and dispute resolution services to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the people who run them. The firm has built up a network of associated firms and services which help to meet the core legal needs of its business clients.
Much of our work revolves around the steps that can be taken to manage legal risk and the effective resolution of business disputes. Tony is passionate about the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution and mediation and believes that more should be done to encourage disputes to be resolved without going to court.
Many small and medium-sized businesses cannot afford to employ such a person but still require that kind of service. We can provide this. With our regular clients we develop an understanding of their business and can therefore provide legal advice which fits best with their commercial objectives.
