Appointing a mediator

'A pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees opportunity in every difficulty.' Winston Churchill

Once the parties have agreed to mediate (or have been told to mediate by the court), they need to find a mediator acceptable to the parties. Tony Hughes is an experienced lawyer/mediator, with a lot of experience of resolving disputes which would otherwise go to court.

Tony is a member of the Association of South West Mediators.

  • The names of the parties (so that a conflict check can be carried out);
  • The nature of the dispute (so as to get an idea of how much time may be involved);
